Avtale Vocational Training, a modern view on case management and sustainable employability
Avtale is a Norwegian term meaning agreement or understanding. It refers to a formal agreement between two or more parties, outlining the terms and obligations of a specific transaction, collaboration, or other arrangement. It also symbolizes the agreements that case managers and employability advisors make with employees and employers, which contribute to future-proof and sustainable solutions.
Do you want to not only learn but also grow personally and professionally? Then Avtale is the right place for you.
Our courses are designed not only to expand your knowledge but also to change your mindset. We challenge you to think outside the box, to explore and discover what’s truly possible.
Whether you’re a seasoned professional looking to refine your skills or a newcomer looking for a fresh start, Avtale has what you need. Our programs address current challenges in the labor market, such as sustainable employability and effective case management.
What makes Avtale different?
Our approach is personal, engaging, and hands-on. We believe in learning by doing, collaborating, and building a community of like-minded individuals who inspire and support each other.
Avtale employs experienced professionals in areas such as case management, working conditions, and sustainable employability. Like its sister organization, NiDi Business School, Avtale is a trendsetter. Herwin Schrijver, the creator of the case management and process management program Regie op Verzuim (ROV), is also the co-founder of Avtale Beroepsopleidingen (Avtale Professional Training) and the creator of the Regie op Inzetbaarheid (Employability) program, which leads to becoming a PDI case manager —a case manager who can truly make a difference for employees.
